Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors who purchase any product or service at https://abstraktmusiclab.com directly or through our storefront at Payhip.
By buying products of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, to the Terms and Conditions of the Service and to the Privacy Policy of the Service. If you disagree with any part of this Refund Policy, then don’t make any purchases at the Service.

Sound/Sample packs
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds on sample packs or presets packs offered at the Website directly or through our storefront at Payhip .
We suggest customers back up sounds/packs to an alternate hard-drive to protect against loss of purchase. In the event of data loss, please contact us with your original order details.
If you are having any other issues with your downloads, please contact us with your order details.
1 on 1 Lessons
If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the lesson from being completed, we will offer a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund in the event the Customer does not show up to the lesson.

Mixing & Mastering Service
If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the Mixing & Mastering Service from being completed, we will offer a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund in the event the Mixing & Mastering Service is delivered and the Client does not answer in the period of 14 days past delivery.

Fix Your Project Service
If there is a scheduling conflict or technical issue that prevents the Fix Your Project Service from being completed, we will offer a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund in the event the Fix Your Project Service is delivered and the Client does not answer in the period of 14 days past delivery.
