In this new video, we will continue the melodic house track that we’ve started from scratch with the samples from Deep Premium Vol. 6 by Production Music Live. This is a continuation video and you can watch the first episode of this start-to-finish series over here.
Today, we’re going to mainly focus on getting the kick and bass to sound fantastic, doing a bit of mixing and a bit of sound design in it. In addition to that, we’re going to add some vocals using Production Music Live’s new Vocal pack called Vocals Vol. 1, and also starting the breakdown.
The idea with the vocals in this video is to add chops and ambiance, which is REALLY useful to maintain the interest in your song while also keeping it dynamic. This is a technique done by many producers since it introduces a human feel to the song, and it’s A LOT easier than getting a vocal for it. But, without further ado, let’s get to the video:
